All sales are final. Because each product is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers may contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting details (such as photos and the order number). While we are not obligated to provide refunds or replacements, we may, at our sole discretion, choose to assist on a case-by-case basis.

We make no guarantees, express or implied, regarding refunds, replacements, or response times. Any assistance provided is voluntary and does not waive this policy.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
