All products are made to order. Please allow an estimated 2–5 business days for order processing and production before shipping. Processing times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or due to supplier delays.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout for reference only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier performance, destination, customs processing, and other factors beyond our control.

Tracking Information
When available, tracking information will be provided once an order has shipped. Tracking updates are managed by the carrier and may not always reflect real-time status.

Delays and Issues
We are not responsible for shipping delays, missed deliveries, lost or stolen packages, customs duties, import taxes, or fees incurred at the destination. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon transfer of the order to the carrier.

Incorrect or Insufficient Addresses
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer will not be eligible for refunds. Reshipment, if offered, may require additional payment.

Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers may contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting details (including photos and order number). While we are not obligated to replace or refund, assistance may be offered at our sole discretion.
